Overall I had a very pleasant experience with the SCUBA Dogs personnel. Eric, the lead instructor and manager, has excellent English language skills and was very knowledgeable of both the dive areas and the sea life around Cozumel. Eric identified a noise that sounded like a low frequency computer alarm as a Frog fish. Several times we were asked what kind of diving we wanted to do and what we wanted to see. He satisfied all our requests, from the animals we wanted to see, to drift dives, non-drift dives for better photography, and night dives. He gave us great swim-throughs and expanses of sand that looked like the wind blown sands of a large desert.

Service on board the dive boat was superb and professional. We doffed our BCDs and fins, the crew hauled the equipment in and quickly changed out the tanks and checked the equipment so we were ready for the next dive site.

Great trip,May 2007!Congratulations Sabrina,Darren,Erick(our divemaster),and the Capt. from Cozumel Scubadogs for a very memorable trip.Erick and the Capt. picked us up at Hotel Cozumel each morning. We were able to make our own dive plan with some great suggestions from Erick. All of our dives were a combination of two reefs(no crowds) or some of the well known cozumel dive sites which included a night dive for one of our new open water certified divers. The diveboat"Maria del Mar" was clean and spacious with a bathroom,plenty of room for gear and relaxing during the boat trip.Cozumel Scubadogs had no problem  supplying nitrox, clean water for cameras, and food...We really enjoyed the famous "Scubadog sandwich" made fresh by our divemaster ,Erick.Naturally the best part of the trip was underwater..Erick arranged a second divemaster for myself and my buddy  to dive "Devil's Throat" while he took the wife and kids on some unique swim throughs at punta sur shallows.We had the opportunity to dive  C-53 wreck(the kids thought it was awesome) and on our final day with punta sur our first dive, Erick took us to columbia shallows,what a  colorful and full of marine life,shallow reef that we had all to ourselves.My family and friends would suggest Cozumel Scubadogs to anyone diving Isla Cozumel.Thanks for the adventure Ron,Barbara,Ronnie,Brianna Clark and David and Cameron Mayer..

During our 2006 trip, Erick guided 2 of our teenagers through resort dive training and served as our divemaster for all scuba excursions, and by the end of our stay, we knew we’d be calling him back to book future visits.  Our trip to Cozumel last week was extraordinary.  Preplanning a portion of our dive schedule with ScubaDogs prior to departure was easy.  Erick’s expertise and friendly demeanor combined with good judgment regarding reef selections is unique.  He is patient and does a wonderful job of putting divers of all ages and experience levels at ease.  His love and respect of the sea and its creatures is obvious.  His enthusiasm for the sport and concern for conservation of Mexico ’s underwater national park is inspiring.  Special thanks to Erick for the great adventures and to Miguel of Cozumel Digital Creations for the irreplaceable diving videos!
